How can I get a quote?
You can get a free, no obligation quote by clicking on the 'Request A Quote' button and
completing your details. You can also email or telephone us with your details and we will
provide you with a written quote.
I don't know which flowers are in season or what style of bouquet to have. Can you help me
design my bouquet?
We offer a free consultation at our studio where we will help you to design the bouquet of
your dreams. We have plenty of photo's, books and international bridal magazines to give
have.
How do I secure the date I want?
A 10% deposit of the total value of your order must be paid at the time of your booking in
order to secure our services on your specified date. Payment can be made by cheque or
bank transfer.
Can I pay in instalments and when is the final payment due?
Yes you can pay in instalments. Final payment of your booking is required four (4) weeks
before the date of your wedding.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking the following cancellation refund terms will apply.
Cancellation made:
90 days or more before date: 90% of deposit refunded
60-90 days before date: 75% of deposit refunded
Less than 60 days before date: No refund
If you need to reschedule your booking to another date due to unforeseen circumstances
we will be more than happy to accommodate the change.
What happens if due to unforeseen circumstances the flowers I chose are not available at
the time of my wedding?
Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If due to unforeseen grower shortage or
unavailability of your chosen flower we will contact you to arrange a suitable substitution.

Can you deliver silk flower arrangements to an address outside the Brisbane area?
Yes we can deliver silk flower arrangements to any destination in the world. For orders ship
your order by courier. Additional charges will apply for courier delivery.
